Every attempt will be made to honor your scheduling request. If we are not able to schedule your session as desired, we will contact you before finalizing the schedule. If you are a vendor as well, please keep in mind that the vendor hall is open on Friday and Saturday only. Use the comments box below to note any special scheduling requests.

Speaker Tables
Located adjacent to the vendor hall, speaker tables are available for the session period immediately following the session at which you are speaking. Speaker tables may be used for selling your products and books, passing out information, or informal discussion with Expo attendees.

Audio/Visual Needs
Every attempt will be made to honor your a/v request. We have a limited number of projectors; if we are unable to provide you with a projector, we will contact you. A microphone will be provided if you are scheduled to speak in a large room. Our projectors are able to connect to Windows and Apple computers, although due to limited mac adapters, please bring one if you can. If you have any special a/v needs, please note it in the comments box below.

NOTE: Internet access is an additional cost to CHN and may not be available for every speaker who requests it. Mobile hot spots are not reliable at the hotel's location. We suggest that you use internet screen shots in your presentation as an alternative to direct internet. We strongly suggest that you bring a laptop instead of an iPad, but we may be able to accommodate an iPad as long as it is pre-coordinated and if our AV team can accommodate.
