Instructions:

You will be notified on whether your application is approved along with instructions on payment. Vendor booth is not guaranteed until payment is received after the payment instructions are sent to you.

Fields with an asterisk are required. Please fill out the form as completely as possible to ensure approval of your application without delay.

Charters, ISPs, and PSPs can only be participants on Friday & Saturday, if they are a sponsor level Bronze or higher.

    REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

    Please be aware of the following refund/cancellation policy.

    Up to 1-month before event – CHN must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference – minus a 20% cancellation fee. Contact us at expovendors@californiahomeschool.net.

    From 2 weeks to 1 month before event – Requests for refunds which are received less than a month prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the vendor coordinator – subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    No refunds are issued after the start of the conference.

    We will contact you via e-mail (unless you request otherwise) regarding your approval as a vendor.

    Vendor Cancellation Policy

    Full Refunds – CHN must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference (April 2, 2021). Contact us at expovendors@californiahomeschool.net.

    Partial Refunds – Requests for refunds which are received after April 2, 2021 may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the vendor coordinator. No refunds will be given after the start of the conference.
