Homeschooling in the News

On February 28th, the California Court of Appeals published a decision on a case titled In Re Rachel L. which could affect homeschoolers across the state and across the nation. Visit CHN's Legal Updates page for details and the most current developments in this case.

A joint statement has been issued from California Homeschool Network and other strong homeschool groups in California. It addresses the intent of these organizations to unite to protect our homeschool freedoms.
