Our vendors offer a variety of products, services, and information of interest to the homeschooling community. The Exhibit Hall will include Vendors and Charter School/ISP/PSP/Learning Centers. Booths are 8’x10′ drape 6′ table with 2 chairs. Descriptions are below.

Vendors – Friday & Saturday
The vendor rate is $200 for 2 days (Friday and Saturday).  Booths are approximately 8′ x 10′ drape 6′ table and 2 chairs. If you need a larger area, please note it in the comments section of the form. Larger businesses may reserve multiple tables to enlarge their area. Electricity may be included for an additional $25 per day. Internet is included. Please submit your vendor application here.
Charters, ISPs, and PSPs are only participants on Friday & Saturday, if they are a sponsor level Bronze or higher.
Homeschool Options Fair —
Charter Schools, Public ISPs and PSPs – Thursday
Charter Schools/ Public ISP/PSP and Learning Centers will be located inside the Exhibit Hall (Thursday) during our Homeschool Options Fair. Our Sponsors, who are Charters, will also be participating during the regular vendor hall days (Friday & Saturday). Booths are approximately 8′ x 10′ drape 6′ table with 2 chairs. Â Rate is $100. We will put your flyer and/or other advertising item in our literature bags for $55. Each family registered for the Expo receives a literature bag. Please submit your application here – Literature Bag.

Vendor Cancellation/Refund Policy
Up to 1-month before event – Refunds – CHN must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference (April 3, 2020) – minus a 20% cancellation fee. Contact us at expovendors@californiahomeschool.net.
From 2 weeks to 1 month before event – Refunds – Requests for refunds which are received less than a month prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the vendor coordinator — subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds issued after the start of the conference.

The CHN Family Expo will be having a Homeschool Options Fair on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 2:00pm-6:00pm in the Exhibit Hall where various Charters, PSPs, and Learning Centers will share information for those new to homeschooling or learning about homeschooling.
