Lit Bag Application
Place your literature in our conference bags. We will place your catalog, literature, or promotional item in our conference bag at a rate of $55. There is no weight or size restriction: however we reserve the right to place exceptionally heavy or bulky items on a distribution table. All items must be delivered before the conference begins. Details will be provided upon approval and payment received.
All Literature should be sent either UPS or FedEx with signature required and tracking. Not Dropped Off. Package information should include:

Note: If a signature is not required and tracking unavailable, we cannot guarantee the package reaches us in time to be included in the attendees packets, therefore we will not be able to reimburse you for any lost items.

Vendor Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds – CHN must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. Contact us at expovendors@californiahomeschool.net.
Partial Refunds – Requests for refunds which are received after April 5, 2021 may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the vendor coordinator. No refunds will be given after the start of the conference.
