A home education conference for the whole family!

WOW!!!

How time flies. Just imagine, it was only about 15 minutes ago we were all at EXPO 2017 having a great time of learning, getting all wet, seeing old friends, making new friends and having a true Family Oriented Celebration of Homeschooling. But guess what, it will seem like only 15 minutes before we are at EXPO 2018!

We will have a great weekend planned for each family with some new ideas and some true and tried successful ideas. We will sure miss you if you do not make your presence known. Mom and Dad, please take some time and plan for what will be a wonderful family extravaganza and a memory you will be telling your grandchildren.

An immediate check list of things to do would include the following:
1. Buy your EXPO tickets now.
2. If you can, make your reservation at the hotel now. If it is financially difficult to make the reservation now try to budget a portion of the hotel cost over the next couple of months. Don’t forget we only have a limited number of discounted hotel rooms available.
3. Plan on saving for the next couple of months to allow for those incidental vacation costs that always come up.
4. Be sure that the working spouse reserves their vacation time now with your employer.

conference with sessions and activities for all ages. This will be a homeschool conference like
no other you have experienced. The 2018 CHN Family EXPO will continue the trend of
last year at the same venue combined with some new ideas that will help you
launch your homeschool year.

Annual Membership may also be purchased at-the-door for $30.00.

Thursday — Free to attend but requires an RSVP if you are not purchasing your full registration for the entire Expo

New this year: You can now purchase Raffle tickets with your registration.
Your registration packet will include a paper with the details of your Raffle ticket
purchase that you bring to Cindy Jaime, CHN’s Raffle Coordinator,
during Expo to receive your raffle tickets for the drawings.

Inspire Families:
You may use your student’s funds for Expo. Each student may include 1 parent/chaperone, with a maximum of 2 parents/chaperones per family. When placing order, please note on your order, the Inspire student(s). I must verify whether Inspire students have funds available before the order can be processed.

Note: Online Registration ends September 1, 2018 at 10am, after that prices increase $20 each person at-the-door.

Special room rates at Great Wolf Lodge end August 10, 2018

There are a limited number of rooms available at the reduced conference rate. To ensure these rooms are available to our Expo registered families only, a code will be emailed to you upon registering for Expo and verification of payment. CHN Expo attendees receive a special Room Rate of $159 a night, plus discounted parking ($5.00 per vehicle per night) & resort fee ($14.99 per night).

Family Suites:

Room Rates for the Great Wolf Lodge are at a special CHN Expo Rate of $159 a night, plus discounted parking ($5.00 per vehicle per night) & resort fee ($14.99 per night).

Room deposit is $221.96 (online reservations)***. Cancellation fee is 15% of room deposit. 30% if cancellation is 4 to 6 days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancellation is 3 days or less prior to arrival. Your reservations can be transferred.
Do not forget: Upon check-in, you must present the same card you used to make the reservation, the Hotel’s way of verifying the reservation,
but you can change the card during the check-in process.

***Room rate $159, discounted resort fee $14.99, discounted parking per vehicle $5.00, tax $27.74=$206.73. The deposit will be adjusted upon check in.

Resort Fee ($14.99 per night) includes: high speed internet (property wide), in room coffee, daily newspaper, towels, life jackets, wolf ears at check-in, access to the Iron Horse Fitness Center, and many more Lodge-wide activities.

Family Suites include: two queen beds, one full size sofa couch, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, wall safe, and complimentary
toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body shower gel.

Overnight self-parking is $5.00 per registered vehicle; Additional registered vehicles at $10.00 per night.

Check-in: 4:00PM and Check-out: 11:00AM.
